Advice needed: Hey guys, currently on a pretty crappy project. Way too much work for what I’m getting paid for, talked to a former director and they said there’s no real career plan. Pretty much stuck in a staff aug role where they just need bodies to do work and client seems to get away with whatever they want (biggest account for us). Seriously contemplating quitting even without a new job lined up. Any advice from someone whose been in a similar spot? Thanks!

Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

Just venting here… At WAS for an adjustment interview based on an affirmative asylum and the officer said he’s never done and affirmative adjustment before… and questioned my client when he said that he has never been in proceedings. Officer said “I don’t agree with that, I think you *have* been in proceedings” when we submitted the affirmative asylum approval and I had to show that to him smh. Why aren’t they training these officers 😭

Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to.
