Not sure it would be financially worth it if you’re already a partner. No firm is going to offer someone more money as a partner because they went and got an mba. That being said, it could be good from a sales and networking perspective if you’re at that level. That’s a big portion of the roi long term from an mba.

Are you a natural networker and will you be able to increase your lifetime earnings by more than your current salary + tuition cost? Then do it.
Personally, I find it unlikely. Let’s assume a partner makes 600k per annum. Your buddies from the MBA class bring in an additional 1 million in fees, of which you might only see 200k bottom line. So you earned net 150k (200k minus 50k tuition money, no idea what they cost tbh) vs 600k if you continued working and probably a higher figure the following year.

After researching, the Exec MBA is more costly than regular MBA and less immersive than regular MBA. At that price point, you might as well have your company pay for part time law school.
