I have received offer letter from Optum Global Solutions India recently and I am seriously considering joining it(I also have offers from Deloitte USI and Verizon).
My breakup annexure mentions 4 components apart from RRP and PF. Basic, HRA, Flexi, Special Allowance. Either the Special Allowance or the Flexi is not included in the CTC mentioned in offer letter. So I want to understand how the Flexi and Special Allowance are paid monthly. Can someone please help?

I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
Will I get the same package like ReactJS or less? What is future if compared with React?

In this field, when choosing a masters degree program is it more beneficial to get a degree in Human Resources to further my knowledge in HR (my undergraduate degree is in Economics) , an MBA, or Data Science Degree due to the fact that HR is becoming more data driven as well as get a PHR / SHRM-CP certification?

Any advice for someone looking to transition into a full HR Generalist role from Recruiting. I’m currently a Campus Recruiter with about 5 years of HR experience (Coordinator- Higher Ed). I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut. I’ve been working as a contract TAS for 6 months in a medical device company. I started part time and as it became busier/my trainer quit, I became full-time. I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention. For the salary expectation, I put in 85k which is in the range. I’m currently at 64k which is below the minimum of the range. Is this realistic?

Our company is considering offering 401K employer match. We are about 200 employees venture backed company. We have about 60% participation mostly the non HCEs and only some key employees contribute. We always pass top heavy test and wpassed the 2019 ADP/ACP test. We are aggressively hiring and project there will be increase in participation, particularly if we offer the match. Given this information would it make sense to continue with a traditional 401k plan or go with safe Harbor plan?
