Move dilemma:
Currently @ Arthur D. Little Limited Dubai as SE Manager w/ base comp of 285k $ + 10-15% bonus. Vert limited fit w/ people & projects in the region (MEI) & not motivated by seniors. Not happy w/ the job but good WLB. Very likely to promote to Pr which would include a 20-30% jump in total comp but shift to more variable
Move to MBB as PL. Projects & people are supposed to be great and he could see himself in the long run. Comp is 170k $ + 60% bonus. Will take 1.5y to move to Pr

You think Accenture will lay off 25% of its employees? OP, are you an intern / first-year analyst or something?
Lol good luck... looks like the prediction is true
Man, can’t you just wait for a few hours and lost it? At least give me a good night of sleep.
Uber
They also rescinded all incoming staff also
Casinos in Las Vegas will probably need to lay-off much of their staff. The city is not only impacted by the massive influx of out of state and international tourists, but also the social-distancing-challenged gambling floors, restaurants, shows, and nightlife.
They already furloughed non-essential corporate positions. At one ~major~ strip company, essential being 2 people in FP&A. Marketing, HR all furloughed
Airlines. Having already gone through furloughs, mass layoffs are next given that the industry is not going to recover anytime soon. United just asked their employees to take “voluntary separation” and will lay off 30% of their admin/management team.
Fam, laying off 25% of 500k might make a whole new economic crisis. Also, we might thin out the edges but we spent a lot of money on talent, laying people off unnecessarily and then trying to rehire them is costlier than just wading through a slower time
Unfortunately, it's going to be Accenture.
Yea it’s probably Accenture
Yeah definitely Accenture
Wow
Airbnb is not a firm?
They are very much a firm offering a service. Their business model is just like any other sharing economy business, it’s simply less traditional than a law or accounting firm. They have a platform that enables the sharing of a property/vehicle/piece of equipment between parties. AirBnB charges both the host and guest just like Uber charges both the driver and passenger. But tell me, what are you thinking? Maybe I miss understood your question
