Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified? Hi, I recently had an interview for an Analyst role in VCA. I didn’t do too well in the case study but feel confident in the behavioral/situation interviews. I got the answer but still stumbled a bit during. How are my chances if my case study interview was not strong but other interviews were? So I attended a virtual interview yesterday, about growth marketing. I follow the interviewer, and thought the interviewee was worth listening too.
