- food options for multiple religious food rules (halal, kosher)
- floating holidays for all religious holidays
There should be prayer rooms; efforts should be made to ensure employees can find cultural calendars; efforts should be made to avoid scheduling meetings on important religious holidays, if there are culturally-associated foods, they should be made available. Employee business resource groups can share information about the holidays and create appropriate displays if applicable.
