Amazon recruiter reached out and wants to know my general compensation expectations before first interview. Very little info available on role but seeing $150k-$250k total compensation reported. Is this too wide of a range to give them?

I got offer from XYZ company, but my current company ABC had a call with me and had me stay in the current company. They offered me same offer which XYZ offered. But they officially didn't give any offer letter but they said you will get revised salary in march month. But I didn't receive revised salary. I just have mail confirmation regarding retention offer. Again I spoke to concerned person this month, they said, central team is processing still, in April'22 u will receive revised salary.

In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Its been a month since my first paycheck and HR and the Payroll team are incredibly unresponsive to my inquiry on where this bonus is. What’s the next course of action? Legal? When should a stub start getting worried about not having much work and low billable hours?

Hello all. My company just went through an acquisition and the company did some restructuring of job titles. When they did this we were all advised the company would be making sure our jobs pay aligned with the national average.
My issue with this is my job title went from a Technical Support Supervisor to a Customer Success Team Lead. I have voiced my concerns with management but have been advised job titles are semantics. In my eyes this is a demotion, and will affect how much my job is worth.

I have worked my way up in Insurance for 4 years but the 1st year being an intern/front desk/admin and was promoted twice and now an account associate helping my AMs/AEs manage our Producers' books of business.
