Is Nagarro good to join? I have a fully remote opportunity which I'm pretty sure I can crack. Is the pay and benefits good at Nagarro? Do they provide laptop and test devices or will I have to work on my laptop? Do they give medical insurance etc? What if the project gets over. Do they have enough projects or will I be asked to move to a different technology? Will I be fired if on bench? Nagarro

I'd look at the rules of professional conduct for your state and see what applies. In looking at the ones for Colorado where I am, you could perhaps use that representation "has been rendered unreasonably difficult by the client". There's also always this "the client insists upon taking action that the lawyer considers repugnant or with which the lawyer has a fundamental disagreement". When in doubt you can probably also just indicate a breakdown in the attorney/client relationship.
In NY my attorney would have a “breakdown of attorney client trust”.
