Depends on the type of service. Until thats known, its all kinda vague with questions. Such as who's your target? International or local clients? Age group? Are services are scheduled weeks in advance or instant need or both? This must be B2B since you're tryna network & cold email but also consider B2C to see if there's a market in that space. Again I don't really know until I know what the service is.
Networking & cold emails is a good 'active' direction for lead gen but also consider a good 'passive' direction of having the lead find you by increasing visibility on search engines (SEO), social media (SMM), & biz directories (branding).
