How do I launch an insurance agency?
Context: I just started a sales role 3 months ago State Farm. It’s my first time ever doing sales. Huge success so far, (nothing extravagant yet), but it’s only been 3 months. I’m currently selling 50+ policies a month.
I know sales isn’t everything it takes to start an Agency. Where should I try to pursue growth before starting an agency?
Follow Up Question: Is my boss hyping me up or is 50+ policies a month pretty good?

https://www.nonprofitready.org/ is a great place for free courses designed specifically for nonprofits.
One of my favorite books for nonprofit writing: https://www.amazon.com/Storytelling-Digital-Age-Guide-Nonprofits/dp/1938077792
Youtube is one of your best friends here, there is soooo much excellent free content delivered by professionals just by typing "non profit marketing". I would say for copywriting, if you're a beginner there's not much reason to narrow it down to non profit only, The raw skills and intuition that you need to develop is essentially the same regardless of what industry you're working for
Lot of courses are free too, just check out coursera or udemy for some top quality content
Any course in marketing will be very helpful. I would not concentrate on “nonprofit”. Marketing Made Simple (book and podcast) can be a great start.
I'm not too sure that there is anything very different about doing marketing for a non profit. The basic skills that come into play are the same whether your working with a for profit corp or a charitable org. What's going to give it that unique twist is being knowledgeable about the values of the nonprofit, its identity, unique value proposition, target audience etc... If you already know how to cook, adding flavor should be intuitive
