Mais pourquoi veux tu manger des small teams? 🥹 On a serious note: my experience as manager (especially in smaller teams) taught me that you should invest time in really figuring out what type of folks you are working with: competences, work ethic, speed, focus area, experience, etc. This might give you a solid ground to know what sort of tasks to delegate to whom, and make the team as efficient as possible. Might not be in your top business/leadership book selection because it focuses on cultivating a positive work attitude rather than best practices on leading a team per se. So far, I’ve been using learnings from this quite frequently.
