Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

Help me understand something fundamental about altcoins. For those coins that serve as defi projects with real-world use cases, why do they need to be tradable, and why do they have a fluctuating market value?
