when exactly is the ey split happening??
Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

If there are opportunities to teach them new skills I would say focus on that. If you have the money, do some friendly competitions. Try to build the culture with fun themed days. Maybe play games as a team. I've done a lot of the above to keep people engaged.
Thanks! These are fun ideas. What types of team games are cool and not cheesy? I don't want them to feel like I'm wasting their time; I'd really like to add value to their lives and jobs.
If you have a group of people happy where they are and not looking for more, you can run a small company like that for years and make a lot of money. But it's really challenging to find people who don't mind not growing. I would actually suggest growing the sales team if you have one. More customers mean more money which means more options. Having customers paying different amounts means different levels of support and needs.
What I've found to avoid treadmill burnout is to give people different tasks outside of the typical role and grow them into something else. Some of our best product managers have come from customer success and support roles.
Create a professional development path for your support representatives, outlining the steps they must take to advance beyond the help desk and providing a deadline for completing each step. Ensure they have the equipment and materials required to carry out each stage properly.
Give them chances to advance and refine their abilities in areas other than customer service. Think about providing access to online courses and e-books so employees may learn new skills, team-building exercises, and workshops.
Also, don't forget to provide rewards for a job well done. Gift cards, incentives, or other awards for reaching performance targets may fall under this category.
