I love what I do and I have an offer to stay in International Development and be a manager with 86k, focusing on my technical area + lots of travel. But I also have offers from Deloitte and EY to be a GPS consultant at ~100k. Is it worth it to move to D or EY? Have personal financial goals that i need to reach for my family and thats why i started considering EY and D.

Any strategy folks out there have experience transitioning from agency to client side? What roles did you apply for and how did you position yourself?

I used to care about and chase the opportunity to produce cool/fun/funny work. But, as of the last couple years..it’s just more about stability, keeping working relationships happy, building finances, i.e. it’s just a job. Not about pushing for the most fun creative ideas—I still do that—I just don’t care enough to fight as much if they don’t get it. Definitely still feel genuinely defeated when truly awesome concepts get glossed over by a client who has no clue what they want.

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

Has anyone been on keto on a long term basis? Like 3+ years? I’ve been on keto for a year, but don’t know if it’s the way to go from a long term perspective. Google results give me conflicting information health wise. Any firsthand knowledge and experiences would be beneficial.

I’ve hit a plateau on the keto diet (no weight loss in 3 months). So in addition to walking 5 miles a day (been doing this since month 2), on Sunday I started a Beachbody HIIT workout with weights (21 day fix real time). It’s 30 min workout daily and I’m two workouts in and I can barely move. Also, the muscle cramps are for real! Drinking about 80 ounces of water a day and I soaked in an Epsom salt bath last night, any other tips?

Anyone do fasted cardio with IMF? Do you use a pre workout? If yes, which one?
