My company issues top of the line 16” MBP’s for engineers and lower end 13” MBP’s for all others. I work in analytics/ data science and struggle with the fact that my computer can only run 1 external display! No one else on my team cares. How can I navigate requesting a more expensive computer without annoying my leadership? I already own an upgraded MBP as my personal - can I offer to swap my work and personal machines?

But in my current position, we’ve been adding quite a few new projects (and our team is partner, two staff, and me) that will probably start over the next couple of months. Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn.
