I just wanna say that my head feels better since I take lion's mane extract. I stopped zoning out, I have less narrations in my head simultaneously. I can actually do tasks on almost time. If someone wants to try, it's mandatory to take vitamin c with it. It's a life changer for me. I wanted to share it.

Looking to start therapy, but have no idea about how it works really. If I'm trying to process why my anxiety has kicked into overdrive suddenly what should I be looking for short term?

My dermatologist prescribed a body tretinoin cream (0.1% cut with about 6 parts vanicream lotion, per her instruction). Been starting slow, using it a 2-3x a week and skin seems to be tolerating it pretty well, with the exception of the skin that rubs together while I sleep (cleavage and neck folds). Is this likely because of the moisture from the sweat in those areas? Anyone else experience this and will it get better as my skin gets used to the retinoid?

Experience with ectopic pregnancy? I’ve had ongoing pain near my left ovary and thought it was just ovulation pain. Was so severe that I fainted last night. Just took a positive pregnancy test now very scared it’s that or a cyst. 🧿

My husband did his semen analysis last week and his morphology came out to be low i.e. 2 (normal range 2.5 to 4). He had done it couple of times few years ago and results were great. My doctor said I should check with fertility clinic for assessment. The appointments are not available immediately. Wanted to get guidance on these results. Anyone has been in a similar boat? Hi y’all! Hope this is the right bowl to post this question and get advice. I am dealing with an employer that preaches our values. The owner states that the values are important to her etc yet my manager violates these values and is involved in unethical behavior frequently. Example 1: My manager has told specialists (resourcers) that she will pay them under the table in order for her (manager) to get full credit vs splitfor the placement and therefore (barely) hit her target for the quarter.

My partner and I are moving out of our condo building in NYC at month end, and the building management (not our landlord) has communicated to us that, on top of the 1K non-refundable fee and 1K security deposit to move out (stated in lease), they are also issuing a $1,250 "sanitization fee" for the public areas (hallways/elevators), since we happen to be moving out during COVID19. We feel this is taking advantage of tenants during this time and may not be legal. Any advice helps!

I need to vent because I’m so annoyed with myself. I have been on a journey to become an employee of Amazon Care. I have been connecting with recruiters, sending out messages and literally trying to manifest this through meditation, action and hope. So I wrote a big wig from Amazon Care - I used a template and tweaked it to my personal style. Why did I forget to edit the name from the template! I spent 20 minutes rearranging and editing the message and STILL FORGOT TO CHECK THE NAME!
