Any recommendations for major depression / anxiety / panic attack’s ?
My mom is going through a really hard time and is having very unrealistic thoughts. Major migraines. Server depression and cont.

I would call a physiotherapist or someone similar for a consultation. Even if she won’t go the professional will be able to give advice on what you should do or look out for. I’m sorry you’re going through this, sounds like a very difficult situation for a child to be in.

It’s definitely been a struggle. Nothing hurts me more than this....
But ATLEAST this year is better. Last year I had to commit her to a mental hospital

Something similar happened in my family. It's hard on anyone. She continues having panic attacks or unrealistic thoughts. She hasn't seen a doctor because not many speak the same language. The only thing we could do really is just let her share those thoughts as unreal as they might be. Wouldn't make it worse by entertaining it but letting it off her chest helps her release whatever tension she's held inside for as long as it needs to be said. Definitely don't let her stay in that energy and try to bring her out of it. Taking walks with her or doing things she enjoys has helped. It's not an end all, be all but she was more interested in what she was doing and it's good to see her enjoying herself. Best of luck to you and yours OP.

Refuses to see doctors.
She was hospitalized a few times last year due to panic attack’s and hallucinations.
She is 46 years old.

Try Pilates and yoga. Try walking with her and asking her open ended questions to get her talking

It’s looking like my job is gonna start asking us to return to the office. Have an offer from Wells Fargo for Senior Software Engineer. They have provided 41+3L CTC for 9 years. Is this the correct compensation or shall I expect more for 9 yoe?

Fishes, Anyone aware of the relocation assistance provided by Wells Fargo . Is that provided as as whole or only after submitting the required bills and docs.
Asking because Deloitte credited 40k relocation assistance without any bills even though it was mentioned in the offer that bills were necessary.
