Any security certification from a reputed org is good, if the goal is to establish credentials with minimal experience. Just know your foundations, that’s all you need to change jobs

Considering a jump from FTE back to consulting. I have roughly 8 IT YOE, CSPO, CSM, and my MBA. I'm considering a Sr Product Owner role with the mind set of moving to Product Management within the next 1-2 years. With that background and currently being in a candidate's market, roughly what should I target as my salary?

Right now, I'm at 100k with 5% bonus as a BA.

I started working 2 years ago as a benefit analyst in pension outsourcing. I realized that I don’t want to stay in pension outsourcing for a long term. I am not sure how to make the transition or if my current experience will be relevant enough to secure a decent role.
Has anyone here made such move before? Can you please advise on where I can try to get? I have an MBA with a concentration in healthcare administration and this current is my very first one after graduation.

I am a project manager with the strong desire to transition into product management but I’m feeling a little discouraged. Every opportunity I come across mentions 7-10 years experience. I just started training for the Google UX certification with hopes that may better prepare me. Any other suggestions? Words of advice on how to best make this transition?

My partner and I (both in our 20s) would like to get a house but it seems like we either get it now or in the next 5 years. I plan to get my MBA full time in 2022 (sponsored, hopefully), which means I would have no work history for two years. My partner will likely do a year long clerkship in 2021 that will sky rocket his income after, but since it is a pay cut it will not look good for preapproval. Right now, we have been employed for 2 years with a good combined income. Should we wait it out?

Advice please! I have 2.5YOE in CPG sales and marketing from my country and I’m currently pursuing a Masters in Electrical Engr ( 2023); so far I have been unable to get interviews for internships or full time roles, especially since I’m not really interested in very technical roles.
