Bowl Leader
I'm a woman but I'm gonna answer anyway because I can't sleep.
Sexy for me is only weight related when I want external attention. On my own? It's a combination of clothing that looks great on my body as it is, great hairstyles, glasses that fit my face really well, etc. Fashion. I look in the mirror sometimes and honestly turn myself on lol. I don't think the only way to be attractive is to be less heavy, so if that's you're mentality, it might help to work on expanding your view of attraction. Your opinion is the one that matters.
For me success is keeping promises to myself. Not about what I "should" do because people say you should, but about what I really want. I wanted to move to NYC despite the pandemic. Did that. I wanted to spend a lot of time and effort decorating my new age (doing that and each next item I put in the space feels like major success).
Find something you want for you. Promise it to yourself. Follow through. This could really be as simple (and impactful) as sleeping enough every day for a week.
Wanting validation and wanting to be desired is totally normal. However, no amount of external desire will fix the way you see yourself, and the relationship you have with yourself.
I am a women and I feel the same way. I am dependent on my partner to valide me.
However, he left for school and I been on my own for a few weeks and felt so much better about my self
I think your vulnerability and honesty make you sexy.
