Any tips for negotiating a discount looking at buying an omega? (first luxury purchase) should I go to the omega store or an AD?

I have a question on 401k loans. How is the principal repayment reinvested? Monthly? When the loan is fully paid? Do they cash out that portion of my investments or just use then as collateral?

If I were to buy the second home through an LLC, would that allow me to exceed that 750K since the expenses of the second home would be pass through expenses/income?
