Our nation saw a disheartening surge in covid cases. Amidst these tough and painful times, the doctors, nurses, and hospital staff continue to work day in and day out for our safety, our lives.
Calling you to join hands, as we raise funds to show them a token of gratitude with a small care package.
A ray of light to those who deserve #AThousandThankYous 🙏🏻

Unfortunately there is so much mis information about PCOS. A naturopath is a good suggestion but also work with you primary care and gyno and read books about it on your own. You unfortunately need to do a lot of stuff on your own and it’s extremely different for everyone so you need to figure out what works for you. Years ago they just gave people BC to manage the symptoms which is just a bandaid really.
Some things that have worked for me - eating high protein, prioritizing strength training and sleep. I hate needs but acupuncture can really help some people!
I don’t have PCOS, but I do work with a naturopath and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself.
