One of my favorite podcasts did an episode on Adderall. Most of the info won’t be new, but there were some interesting snippets in there. I also thought it was a useful educational resource to share with your family and friends.

I feel you on this one. Was recently titrating as well. I’m on Vyvanse. While I was titrating, I switched a few times between 20mg and 30mg. 20mg was smooth but I was exhausted around 3pm and 30mg got me through the full day but I had trouble sleeping at night. I decided to stick with 30mg, and got used to it in about a week. It was too difficult to get through the workday on 20mg
Interesting. I might try that, stick to higher dose but get used to it. Did you use melatonin at all? Did it ruin efficacy of meds?
Also, constantly changing the dosage too quickly seemed to be a bit of a shock to my system that it wasn’t able to process. Take my experience with a grain of salt though since I’m on a different kind!
Define too quickly please?
