Anybody ever winged a CPA exam and has any success? Trying to finish my final part before the exam changes 😬. Just wondering if taking it's a waste of time

Hello, Am confused with a few optns in my career growth. I have 2 offers in hand 1 from a tier 3 or tier 4 comp nt a start up. They're offering me a good package with so many career benifits like an onsite, opportunity, certification n good technology exposure. Another offer frm a reputed comp a tier 1 comp not an expectd package n benefits.
Few of my frnds are suggested if i choose a small company my opportunities in future will narrow down when compared to a reputed. Pls can someone help here?

So I just started a new job in sales (B2B specifically). All my life I’ve been in blue collar jobs, military, then construction work ect. I don’t have much money saved to get myself my own business cards as I’m sure they are important to have, I’ve got all the info that I need to go out and start selling. Needed suggestions from you guys. Currently I am working in TCS,having 1.2 years of experience with CTC 7.5 lpa. I am confused if I need to do M.tech or MBA or just do company switch after some time periods. Which will be more efficient in salary perspective?

Whether I should do m.tech in cs or mba in HR or just keep on switching?

Should I move to another firm and take the higher pay (20% more) and do more work I’d enjoy doing and have better growth and long term career potential, while sacrificing my current title (would have to step down from associate to analyst), WLB, and team chemistry?
