Anybody go from CPA to CISA in Big 4? Any differences? What’s harder? Private equity or CORE/SEC!

Life / Career Advice: I applied to medical school since my MCAT score was set to expire, ended up getting into 1 program. I also have an opp to join a well funded/well established Healthtech Startup (6 figure salary w/ equity + benefits) as a BD professional. What does it mean if there’s a NEP at the firm who’s been there for a long time (20+ years), but never got promoted to EP? Never held leadership roles too. Does it usually mean EPs does not like the NEP enough to get promoted?

Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I got an offer from Capgemini for Manager/C2 designation with a CTC of 24 LPA. I just wanted to know the roles and responsibilities at this designation.
Will it be a profile shift from technical to managerial position or is just a designation (as per HR) the actual job would be to lead/guide any team?

I work at KPMG and was told that I will not be promoted (from senior associate 2 to 3), but received pay rise as someone who was promoted. I am so proud person that immediately after knowing that I will not be promoted, I wrote resignation. What is your action plan in this case? Will you resign?
