Anybody moved to P&T from audit? Currently an audit manager but want to move into the software building world. I have some experience with building things in Python and Csharp, but not an expert by any means.

I am currently earning 13.5 LPA fixed with two years of work experience (management consulting) and passed out a top B school (Top 30). I wish to purse my PGP from ISB next year for career progression and brand value in my CV.
Would it be worth considering my current CTC and previous MBA?

Has anyone transitioned from being client facing to fully remote software sales? If so, what were the major differences in day to day? I'm currently on site with customers 3 days a week focused around hardware sales but have an interesting opportunity for fully remote software at a higher pay.

I have a few questions for people in consulting roles (both external/internal).

My partner is in corporate banking, but he wants to switch to a consulting/strategy-based role. I noticed people with those jobs typically have an MBA, and also majority of the job ads in similar roles has MBA as either a requirement or preferred qualification. So:

1) does MBA actually improve someone's chance in getting those roles?
2) are there any good Canadian MBA programs you'd recommend?

I’m trying to get a rotation in FDD but my partner is worried about temporarily losing resources in our advisory practice. So, what are some things I could learn in FDD that I could bring back to the advisory practice that might convince the partner to let me go on rotation?

In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?
2. Is their any disadvantage between A&M FDD compared to B4 FDD in terms of exit ops down the road? Trying to look 5 years down the line

They are all technical. All of them could easily be very technical cloud consultants or cloud engineers.

On every call, we hear Joe talk about making new Partners and his commitment. I have yet to see any of those ‘commitments’ be reflected in actions or explanations. (eg. No senior directors from commercial GTM going into PCLDE this year …) What?
