Anyone any suggestions on how to secure a role in Consultancy/Project Management in Toronto? Currently I work as an Analyst in the UK for Amazon and hold a work permit for Canada but struggling to even hear back from recruiters / or past the resume stage.

Recently started working with a client that does not have admin access to their own FB business account. In hopes of getting access back, I have been contacting FB support.

Now the FB rep is saying to send materials like business tax filings, cert. of formation, utility bills, article of incorporation, IDs and more.

Is this normal? Has anyone had experience with something like this. Afraid to advise sending these materials before doing my own ‘Fishbowl Research.’

The interview happened last month first week and documentation process also completed. They have given a verbal offer, but no offer letter as there are still doing some audit and compliance on the earlier employments. They have yet not reverted. What should be done in this scenario. Is this a normal thing in Accenture where they take an inconsiderable amount of time for small things too

Im starting a new job but still employed somewhere else. I was trying to be open about staying at BOTH places. My current job won’t let me be part time because they don’t allow “set schedules”. Yet I am one of the only reliable and loyal employees in the department, and currently working a set schedule. So why will they not let me continue a set schedule but with different hours? This place is more focused on strict policies and not actually trying to work their employees and being flexible.

Is it possible to be genetically predisposed to gain muscle? Ever since I was little, my doctors always commented on my BMI but never worried given how muscular I was. Since playing sports in high school and now regularly working out (cardio and weights) as an adult, I feel like I always maintain muscle mass, whether I do mostly cardio or not. This has resulted in bulking but now as I’ve tried to cut the past month, I’m not seeing weight loss. I’m counting all calories and feel stronger tho!

Hi all. I started a new role with a company I’ve been with for 2 years. The role is very much an SME role and can be quite boring sometimes. When hired I was told that this role would do a lot of different projects and skys the limit but after 7 months, I’ve been doing 1 project and when asking about role expansion essentially told to stay in my lane. I have a case study presentation I received as a 3rd interview round.
The role has 2 main functions - operations and sale analytics. During my first 2 interviews I explained I do not have a sales background and my expertise is on the ops side with process improvement and production.
My case study is sales forecasting deal closure probability. I don’t even know where to start.
Do I just tell them I am not familiar? I assume I will be rejected if I do.
