Anyone else feel like this?

I’ve been weightlifting at my boyfriend’s home gym, but when I’m home I’m a bit scared about using sizable weight without a spot. What have you guys been doing regarding solo workouts? I go to a local gym, but I don’t know anyone there

How do you guys increase your mental stamina? If I could focus laser like for at least 8 hours out of the day I would be a monster. But I cant. How do those of you that do it..do it?

I have not been diagnosed with ADHD. I definitely fit some of the characteristics that go unnoticed in females. The good news is if i do have ADHD, it makes me quite good at my job as I’m very flexible and can provide positive energy to my patients. Anyway, my boss has told me I have ADHD multiple times. It seems rude when she says it, and she follows it up with “I say that because I love you” which i feel is so unprofessional all around. Anyone have guidance on how to handle this?

I know that feedback culture is part and parcel of consulting, and I feel it is contributing to my anxiety and depression. At the same time, i enjoy the problem solving aspects and don’t want to do a career change.
