Anyone frequent JFK T2? Wondering if there’s any way I can take advantage of Air France’s lounge and spa treatments despite flying Delta to CDG out of T2.

I thought slaloms didn’t travel?

Easy. Buy the refundable biz class ticket and cancel before the flight takes off. Use sparingly.

I thought their swanky lounge was in T1? I believe last I heard you must be flying La Premiere on AF class to get spa treatments

like

Air France lounge is T1 I believe. Also, delta to CDG is almost always T4, but maybe they’re switching it up?

Yes, direct Delta operated flights are now out of T2, most domestic Delta flights in T4, and codeshare with AF or KLM is T1. It’s now harder to take advantage of their partner lounges, probably by design.

How often do you think you will be traveling in 2022 with COVID mostly behind us? In the final interview/negotiation stages with an agency focused on pharmaceutical marketing as an Account Manager. Offer states up to 30% travel (but was told 20% is more realistic). No further info given such as location of accounts I'd be working on or a baseline other AMs travel. Feels like a red flag. Not interested in much travel. Quarterly is manageable. Any insights from others in similar roles??

Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

Hi all,

I just got a job with Delta airlines and I had an accomodation request to work remotely as I am Immunocompromised. I provided all the neccesary documents to back up my request and letters and documents from my Dr. aswell. My request was denied because the team said they wanted me to have face time and one on one interactions with people from other team (which defeats the purpose of my request) because I have to limit those interactions to reduce the risk of infection. What do I do?

Hey all! Need a couple book recs for an upcoming beach trip.

Looking for a great non-fiction, relating to travel or world history (not just one moment in time). Could also be about the marketing world or memoirs of a business leader kinda thing.

Fiction wise I also like fantasy, paranormal, and romance. Some fave book series are the Black Gryphon from Mercedes Lackey, Game of Thrones, and From Jamaica Lane series. Similar books?

When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.
This is not good right. What should be my reply to the client in such a case and how to handle manager on this?

Hi everyone, I have a quick question that’s kind of silly. I work at a pretty small company leading marketing. My title is technically Marketing Lead but I want to put Head of Marketing on my LinkedIn etc. I think of these titles as totally interchangeable—I just like the way the second one reads better. I know titles don’t really matter, but I’m battling a little bit of imposter syndrome.

What does everyone else think?
