Selected in a Big4 firm and one MNC shortlisting is going on, hopefully will be selected within 7-8 days. The MNC will be offering good package, but Big4 is just giving 20% hike in my salary and waiting for my decision to say yes or no,to proceed further with offer letter. Query :1. If I say yes to the Big4, and when they issue the offer letter, and then I reject, can they blacklist me. 2. Also if accept the offer and say no, in that case can they blacklist me from their firm.EY Deloitte KPMG PwC

Shouldn’t be the case... could be inflammation of the incision, infection, or seroma. Call your doctor!!

... This is not necessarily true.
I had my jaw broken and wired shut. Totally normal part of the procedure for your face to swell up so badly you can't close your lips.
Check with the doctor, but it can be normal depending on what's done.
Yes.....
Haven’t had any major surgeries myself, but I would call my doc if the swelling is bad. Feel better, OP!

What is swelling?
Depending on the swelling, it could be a hematoma. It’s blood build up and can cause swelling and hardness in the location of the build up. I had this in week 4 of recovery from a breast reduction and had to go in for emergency surgery.
I say all this but I am most certainly not a doctor and this was just my own experience. I’d suggest calling your doctor or their nurse to talk through whatever you are experiencing.
