Am I doing a mistake? Going from PwC to Accenture for $45K more (113 Vs 158), and a role that’s better aligned with what I was doing before joining & what I want to be doing? I joined PwC for the experience and the exit opportunity it can provide me in the future, but it’s hard not to accept this role from Accenture! Decision need to be made by end of this week….

I went through 14 interviews prior to getting the offer from Apple. They don't care about your prior experience but interview performance.

Your level is determined by your interviewers. Might I recommend that you never leave consulting. Using your logic ...your career level at a new company would be determined by bcg. Gtfo <--- my thoughts on your idea
When I asked to speak to the recruiter, because I would really like to clarify the seniority of this role first, he didn’t reply, and instead, the recruitment coordinator just tried to push on with the interviews. In the end, I told the coordinator, I needed to speak to the recruiter first, and then everything went quiet from there… Any similar experiences?

^^pm1 insight is good. Could be that the level is flexible and will be determined by interview. Also a lot of people from MBB even at PL+ will exit into IC roles in tech (well compensated ones though).
I guess before committing to 6 interviews, I wanted to ask a few questions about scope and nature of the role. Given the recruiter didn’t respond to a request for a call and kept pushing for interviews, this did not give me much confidence. Interviews are two ways.

Sounds like your recruiter dropped the ball. What do you want to know - I'm sure we can answer your questions and then you can determine whether to continue with your interviews
