Our employee satisfaction survey is tied to our performance goals. Meaning, if we rate management badly, we cannot meet 10% of our goals which in turn affects our bonuses and raises. Are private companies easier to work at than public companies in accounting? We have such an accelerated close deadline at the publicly traded company I’m at now, I really hate the inflexible tight deadlines and analysis seems to drag on forever after that.
