Anyone have any tips/tricks or good references on sleep training? Have a 1 year old that has gone to sleep and slept through the night up until now, but now all of a sudden won’t sleep for the life of her, not sure if it’s because she’s teething or what.

Girlfriend has very obvious high functioning anxiety and body image issues that she admits but thinks she doesn’t need therapy or medication and that reading self-help books will help her. Husband is a multi sport coach and gone a lot in season, I work in corp banking. Thinking about getting a travel trailer since I camp alone with the kids a lot in the summer, spring and fall for quick weekends.
