Thoughts on Transfix? Anyone invested?
Newbie to investing and never invested in a company that went through a reverse stock split.
In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.
A) When should I anticipate the stock appreciation to occur?
B) What’s the next move for companies that do this? Issue more shares?
TIA!

Some realtors allow you to pay them to just list it on the MLS and then you have an attorney cover the paper work. This summer buyer commission structures change so theoretically you could knock it down quite a bit in a few months
We listed our condo without an agent and offered 2% to the sellers agent. We paid some agency $500 to list it on the MLS. We hired our own photographer, I staged. The agency sent us a lockbox and forwarded all interested offers. We had multiple offers and had one in a week. I personally don’t see the value in real estate agents for what they charge, it’s insane.
I’m sorry — I typed that wrong. We offered 2% to buyers agent!
Yes it’s called Redfin, 1.5% to list and 2.5% for the almost useless buyers agent. Supposedly the buyers have to pay the buyers agent the commission soon, so that 2.5-3% buyers commission is probably coming down. Idk how you can list a house with a reasonable realtor for under 1.5%

I used Upnest to find an agent on the buyer side but they also work on the sellers side. They have realtors at top brokerages that discount the commission. You get multiple proposals fast and easy.
Shop around. Especially on your higher value homes. No need to pay 6%
Dm me, in this market there's no reason you should pay 6% let me know what you think is fair and ill find you someone who can help.
