Does anyone know if the same 401k rules apply at EY as Accenture so they will cap the contributions coming for your check say if you hit the yearly limits in August? So if you hit the 22,500 in 23 there is no way to go over for tax issues. Thinking to frontload next year contributions if market is down. EY

Yes. Did the excel one for UberEats about a year ago. I remember thinking it was tough due to the time constraint. Didn’t finish all of it but still passed.
They give you datasets on Uber trips / drivers / whatever and you have to answer questions based on them. If I remember correctly, a lot of it is determining how many of X (drivers, etc) in a dataset meet some set of criteria. So you should know how to isolate based on multiple variables. And then you may have to take it a step further and apply some descriptive stats on the isolated X.
I took it 5-6 years ago. It’s an excel test. Knowing how to quickly analyze data, use pivot tables, etc. will help. If I remember correctly it wasn’t that hard but you need to think quickly under pressure. I had a pretty strong excel background but didn’t pass. Not sure how it has changed.
Learn to use Pivot Tables
The same analysis we would do on case with heavy excel use. Only dealt with regular tables and pivot tables
Thanks! This opportunity is for ubereats as well, starting it now!
Wow that was pretty tough - got through all 32 questions but definitely was pressed for time... I found the written/ subjective ones to be more challenging to drum up a reasonable answer on the spot
Awesome! Yeah the written ones took me by surprise. Didn’t like that
Thanks again for the insight, out of curiosity how far did you get in the process? If the role was ultimately offered to you what made you decide to decline?
