Hi Guys...
I have a total of 5.5 years of experience with current CTC as 11.5 lpa.
I have a offer from Infosys of 17 lpa
But my company wants to retain me and they are giving me an opportunity for Canada onsite in return of retention(no raise or bonus)
Please suggest me, if i should take the onsite opportunity or keep looking for counter on my current offer.
I have 70 days of Notice Period left.

I did that kind of! I offered to ease off the raise if I could WFH three days a week. I had a long commute so I mentioned how not having that would allow me to get more done. Main thing is to frame it as a MUTUAL win.
That is a great idea! I need to find a way to sell it now. My productivity is quite low on days I work from the office but thats mostly because I go to the office for meetings/events.
I'd love to attempt something like that, but in our organization WFH is simply off the table. Upper management is all in on the idea that remote workers are gaming the system and can't be tolerated. To be honest, I don't feel that oppressed by working in an office, it's what I always did before things went weird in the pandemic. But I could do without riding the train to do something I know I could do from home.
