I have cleared interview with Wipro and while uploading the documents i uploade document but they mentioned LOA & education certificate are incorrect so i re-uploaded them but again they mentioned LOA is incorrect.. so i connected with the person who sent me the link to upload the doc but no help from her.. i tried to open the link today (17th March) evening but the link was not opening... what will be the next step.. how can i upload it again.. I’m a new associate working for a well-known defense attorney in my state. On one hand, I’m thankful for the opportunity to learn from one of the best, but he also excoriates and belittles me for my mistakes. Any advice on how much it tolerable? I am here to learn and advance my career but he can be pretty nasty. (My mistakes are no worse than you’d expect a 1st year associate to make, in case you’re all wondering if I’m a major screw-up who deserves it) I leave work feeling a foot tall.

Husband is a multi sport coach and gone a lot in season, I work in corp banking. Thinking about getting a travel trailer since I camp alone with the kids a lot in the summer, spring and fall for quick weekends. Does anybody do this where you take, maybe 1 day, to create multiple 3 day weekends scattered throughout the year for little trips instead of taking vaca in longer stints? Do you feel more refreshed with lots of smaller trips, or more with a few long trips? Kids are 1 & 3.

I'm up for a raise soon and I'm at 43,000 a year. Anyone have any advice on what I should ask for?

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). My boss also has me running a retired agents office until a new one is chosen (its an hour away with no pay increase or mileage pay). Also, no benefits! Should I start job searching?

So after two weeks of waiting (and giving up on the idea of getting the job really), the recruiter got back to me.

They said due to month-end and quarter-end close they were busy and couldn’t get back to me as quickly for a “good update”.

The recruiter said the CFO enjoyed our call, she, the CFO, will call me next week directly to “discuss some final things”.

Not sure if Im hired or not, but are there any questions about the job, comp (cont.)

Should you discuss salary range with an internal company recruiter prior to setting up an interview? With external recruiters it’s pretty easy to talk about the expected range. I am trying to avoid wasting all of our time if i get to the last interview and they are expecting a salary that is too low for me.

On Monday, a recruiter from EY told and emailed me me the tax team liked my resume and they’ll be scheduling an interview with me and they asked for my schedule. But they still haven’t gotten back to me. Should I be worried or is EY tech just slow with respect to recruiting?

This is the 2nd company that rejected me after the 2nd round of interviews. Latest one left a bitter taste as I felt I was doing good during the interview process and felt I was really a good fit. On to the next one.

Interviewing for senior audit role at a small tech company, interviewed with 7 people so far. Recruiter ghosts me for 1 month and now she wants me to do more interviews. During the 1 month of ghosting I applied for an internal transfer at EY and have interview next week. If I get the transfer, I’d rather stay at EY - should I decline or accept the tech company’s 8th interview?
