Anyone in pharmacy informatics willing to share their salary? I’ve only been a clinical pharmacist at an academic hospital for a little under two years and looking to transition into pharmacy informatics. I have no idea what income to ask for.

At what point does it make sense to buy a home? I have ~700k in the stock market and a lower than average salary currently (80k) and pay 1800 a month in rent.

Does anyone have any company recommendations for where I could reasonably expect to earn $80,000+ in a remote role in the US? I recently finished my MBA and have several YOE, and I’ve been targeting analyst/consulting roles after completing the Google Data Analytics certificate. Any input is appreciated.

What would comp look like in-house after one year at a V10? (I know I should stick around longer, but I’m curious).

Anyone have advice for advancing in your current role? My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. I also went above and beyond my job as well (covering for him for a month while he was away on paternity leave) while taking on other projects outside of my job title and got zip—no raise or recognition. I work in a firm that is known for litigation defense. I’ve been developing my own plaintiffs practice as well. I am able to pay the bills with my hourly defense work, which gives me time to focus on a handful of high value PI case a year on contingency. I was recently negotiating a case and was told part of the reason the claims rep/OC was jerking me around was because they didn’t see me as a plaintiffs attorney. Is there any way to change this perception or does it just come over time?
