Hello and happy Thanksgiving! What are the pros and cons of living in San Diego vs San Francisco? I’m from NY and looking to move to one of those locations. I’m hoping to get more info on rent, dating, entertainment, taxes, and job stability.

Do you pay your credit cards in full every month?

I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). It got me thinking about how many people adhere to this advice.

We would like to stop OC from filing a subpoena at all, because the client doesn’t want the witness they are attempting to subpoena to find out about the lawsuit. Would we file a motion for protective order to do this, and if so, when would we need to file by?

Only senior on a demanding client, managing multiple staff and managers. I really like my team and the work but I’m starting to lose motivation and burn out after the long time being the only one in my position here... and I don’t want to sound ungrateful, but feels like I don’t get fairly paid for the amount of time and effort I put in... any advice to get out of this negative mindset?
