Anyone know the rationale for why acn and the big 4 rank above tier 2 in vault consulting prestige rankings?

Hello all - I have been offered a role with a big 4 in Canada for the "Manager" level. Since, it is a new market, I am unaware of the salary benchmark and big4 pay range in Canada.

It would be of great help if you could assist with the pay range for a Manager working for a big4 in Canada? I do have a ball park figure in mind, after researching a bit online. But, if anyone actually knows that pay range in Canada, please let me know.

I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. hello! I’m looking to get some insight to see if I’m being paid fairly for where I’m at in my career. I’ve worked at the same company for 2.5 years. This is my first job out of college.
