Got an offer from PwC, a level down from where I am at, citing “adjustment to culture”. Apparently they liked me, so how do I negotiate up?

Industry offer- 130k remote or possibly DC area, Avg brand name, 40 hours of work max, okayish type of work.

Consulting offer- Sr Consultant Level, salary probably around 110k, Could stay in my current city, typical consulting hours-50-60 hours?, Maybe more exciting analytics work.

Which one would be a better option and why?

Low billable, low pressure work in privacy law? Slowly realizing that as my boys get older, the money isn’t worth what I’m missing out on. Currently a tech litigation associate with lots of hearing, depo and trial experience (I’ve appeared on my own at hearings/depos) at a well respected firm. My brother has 8 YOE post his Masters with a US bank in their rates trading division as a software developer- managing, supporting and developing software for pricing trade executions, risk management and reporting requirements for the trading desk. I am getting a good project in current company where there will be lot of learning
Initially it will be manual and then it will have automation testing. At the same time I have an offer in another company with good package but there won't be much learning compared to the current company project I am yet to get locked. Is learning important and priority for 4.5 years of experience? Or better to go with the high package offer? (Other company offer is from TCS). Your valuable comments would help.
