Anyone suffer from social anxiety? Is there a way to make it tolerable?

Any suggestions for a physical therapist trying to change careers? Having difficulty because I don’t have experience in anything else except working in an outpatient clinic.

I probably had COVID this week. Fever Mon-Wed. Slight cough Thursday. Back to normal today. It still sucked a lot, please don’t downplay this.

Anyone here have comorbid anxiety and/or depression? How did you know, and how do you manage it now? I think I might be struggling with one or both and I’m trying to figure out how to proceed. Not currently seeing a therapist or medicated, managing based on strategies I learned from an ADHD coach back in college, so at minimum I would need to find a provider, which has been a barrier (cost-wise, finding someone with experience with ADHD, etc.)

Anyone any advice how / where to get tested for ADHD in NYC? I received a lengthy list of providers from my health insurance (UHC) but either can’t reach anyone or they tell me they only do therapy and no testing.

I’ve been to the doctor and she didn’t think I should be too worried because I’m young and healthy and it doesn’t hurt to the touch, but still can’t figure out what it is.

Lately been wondering if my meds are even working anymore… had to skip today’s dose (long story not worth telling) and, yeah, can now confirm my meds are working.

Feeling really nervous, help! I’ve been using topical hydroquinone 4% since before I found out I was pregnant. Now reading the label I realise that it’s not advised and a category C by the FDA - I’m 6 weeks pregnant and have obviously stopped now but really scared I might have caused serious harm to my baby.
