Ditto to the above...you are above range. L&D is a strange field, compared to Engineering, Sales or Finance. Pay can be based on title, but there's really only 3 verticals: CLO/Director/Manager; L&D Specialist (catch all); and L&D Administrators. Everything else falls into those buckets, and pay is adjusted by budgets and experience (years and size of projects). So, if you really want to move up/make more money, then move into leadership roles AND start to control a budget.

I'm kinda at a director level though and propping up a training program for a new district in my company. Was consulting on learning tech side of the Industry before getting recruited.
