My friend is looking to start career again after 10 years of gaps in US, appreciate any help on referrals for entry level positions on analyst/ QA/scrum master/BA type role, she has recently cleared scrum master certification. TIA
Trying to evaluate monetary offers is difficult since I receive a significant bonus for maintaining my clearance (120k + 30k for the clearance). So I’m evaluating a non-cleared offer for 180k. I don’t want to hold the clearance anymore. Should I evaluate it against the 120 or the 150 in terms of answering the question “is the jump big enough to leave?” With bonus and without clearance, it’s a 40% or so jump, but only a 12-15% jump with only bonus and base included.
I very recently accepted the position of Sourcing Specialist at TidalHealth - a large Heathcare group in my area. A few of my target positions include Medical Laboratory Scientists. If those in this group can provide me knowledge on what you are looking for in employment offers, salary expectations, the ideal work environment, and any/all factors that would help me in my quest to improve my work ability.
I appreciate any and all responses!

Critical Mass is very soon opening a position for a Marketing Science Analyst - based out of Chicago, but location shouldn’t be an issue if you’re in the US as we are largely a liquid talent company.
Its a great opportunity for entry/mid level analysts who are keen on challenging analyses and seek growth.
You’ll be working on the team I am on and I am more than happy to answer more specific questions in a DM!

We made it to the weekend, HR fam! Or in my case, barely made it 😂😬. What are you doing to take care of yourself this weekend? I’ll go first: quiet evening with my husband tonight - may visit a brewery. Then some much needed time in nature tomorrow. We carry heavy burdens for our orgs, often without having a safe place to share our own burdens. I’m cheering all of you on as you make work better every day ❤️

I’ve been with my organization a little over a year and we’ve had major transitions and turnover that took me from starting as a recruiter coordinator to a hr generalist, and now an interim hr manager. I have a masters degree in industrial organizational psychology and while I am new to HR have professional work experience in other fields-military, teacher, training specialist. I love what I do. Should I apply for the hr manager position with only a year of hr work history? Do I have a chance?
I've been in PeopleOps (mostly focused on TA Ops) for over 9 years now. I've somehow gotten by without a degree in HR or a certification, but would like to get some more education to continue to advance my career. May soon have an offer for in-house TA coordinator role but also and an entry level agency recruiter position, contemplating which is most suitable.

There are a lot of Sr. Human Resource Assistant, Recruiting and Sourcing jobs on Amazon. I’ve heard you should make sure you’re resume have the keywords throughout. I was very interested in the Sr. HR Assistant role until I heard the overtime is mandatory. My WLB is very important to me.
