Guys, I am APHR certified and practiced Organization Development for several years and I still had problems getting a new job after migrating to the USA. I have been researching and learning and what I found out was to switch career minimum; needed is education (first not not certification to show you have practiced new skills). This will lead to new skill sets which will lead into more experience.

Hello! I have 9 years total of healthcare experience and 5 years of that I was a Residential supervisor for a brain injury rehabilitation. After talking with some friends, looks like cyber is shifting in the industries. Focus now is more on technical skills and less on management. It makes sense in some ways, if you had the budget for only one guy, companies will take the technical guy over the nontechnical.
