Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

Hi All, My Junior has decided to put paper, as she wanted to pursue Cdac course from Sept-22. She just informed that she signed a bond of 2 years and currently she has completed 1.7 years in HCL. What should she do now? Results is on 10-aug and she decided to put paper on that day itself (Earlier she told the same to Sr. manager) Kindly suggest if any action would be taken by HCL OR No experience letter would be shared with her. Regards, HCL Technologie HCL Technologies HCL Technologies

Deloitte’s utilization is down atm so I think they are trying to be more careful about not bringing someone in until they can be staffed almost immediately
With the freeze, is there a concern about Deloitte going back on verbal offers? Or is it just a matter of being patient for the written offer?
I hope they don’t go back on their verbal offer. Would have thought they would plan hiring better and not get people’s hopes up 😒
What’s with the freeze? Do you have a niche skillset? Makes it seem like they’re hiring you for a potential proposal and are waiting to see if it goes through before making the offer Seems strange for a firm like Deloitte. I was hired and was on the bench for almost 5 months there
I was also an experienced hire (SC Level) and I started the interview process in May 2017 and didn’t get my offer until mid-September 2017. This lines up with what the other posters said regarding the freeze and bonus payouts. Good luck!
I'm in the same boat, was told Deloitte is on hiring freeze, I'm just following up every couple weeks now to let them know I'm still around.
I’m hoping it’s up soon. I’m anxious to get an offer and start there
