Approaching the start of my third year as an analyst for a small boutique firm and salary conversations are planned to be had at the end of this year. Realistically what could I negotiate? I’m essentially doing PM work for some projects, project coordination for others and also analyst work for all of the projects I’m on and my responsibilities are growing everyday.
