Are accounting job becoming hard to come by? I have 5.5 years of experience and almost finished with my MBA and continuing to get my CPA and nobody is really hiring around the Raleigh, NC area. Unless I’m looking in the wrong direction

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. The first company I was at didn’t have a solid HR team so I don’t really count that. I feel like I’m ready to take on more responsibility and learn more. And of course make more money.
