Yes and no, will depend on the company, people, etc. If you can at least for the most part cover them up if needed, then that may not be a huge deal. Face and hand, and the like, I would caution against. If you are interested in getting a lot of tattoos, I would just consider the ability to cover them up without too much hassle.
Depends on the industry and the company. Companies that still make their employees dress in suits for client meetings like accounting, financial services, law, etc., might frown on excessive or large visible tattoos.
I would defintiely say it depends on the role and the industry. For instance if you are recruiting for an airline then no, visible tattoos of any sort are not going to fly. However there are a lot of companies that really do not care.

Like others said, it depends. I'm currently in consulting and it's not an issue for the admin team. When I was in non profiti actually saw a lot more large and visible pieces.
I guess it depends on the employer, but not at my location/employer.
