Married, no kids. Time management and a very supportive partner are key to our balance.
Single, and in no particular hurry to get married. I'm really not a big believer in marriage anyway, and I like having some independence. I suppose the work has a lot to do with that, but I think maybe I'd be the same no matter what I was doing for a living.
I am single and I am right there with you OP. I really want to get married and have a family but sometimes I wonder how that is even possible. I am so busy all the time. I really don't even have time to meet someone.
Married + 2 kids - met my wife in college, thankfully… we got married in our late 20s and had kids in our mid 30s once my career was more established and I could ensure I was home for the kids every night - COVID helped with that because WFH after hours is much more acceptable than pre.
Honestly at the Analyst and Associate level it’s hard to start having/finding a relationship because your significant other is your computer… (or your dominant hand - sorry that’s crass)
Once you find a bit of WLB at more senior levels it’s a lot easier but still work is demanding that SO has to be aware/understanding which is tough in and of itself.
To put it lightly my ex-gf wasn’t too thrilled every time we went out of town or on a date and I was running off to turn up the laptop because of a fire drill … anyway we aren’t dating now lol
