Currently at BNY Mellon with 10 YOE, specifically in Corporate Trust working CLO/CDO’s (first job out of college). I was approached by an external recruiter about Houlihan Lokey TAS at a senior level (SVP / Director). No specific comp ranges discussed yet, but I hear bonuses are massive. Not sure if anyone has insights at that level as most posts are for analyst / associates - thoughts?

Also hearing about a lot of turnover at senior levels - for people who work there, what's the story? Is it a leadership problem or just limited to offices?
